  • Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the batter.
  • Heat your waffle iron to medium-high setting. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Fill the iron with the batter and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • The waffle is done when it is dry and crisp on the outside and pulls away easily from the waffle iron.
