Lemon meringue was the only flavor that tasted decent (from the starter set) in liquid form. When i went to set up my subscription box, all the flavors I would have liked to try were all out of stock. I had to cancel my subscription due to this.

Really enjoying Keto Chow!

Love to have on hand recipes and a box to put them in. The quality of the cards is good. There is a variety of recipe types. My only complaint is there is so many desserts its almost all sweets and prefer sustenance. I wont use much of them or the drink ones so it leaves more non useful recipes than useful. But thats just a personal preference Also I dont understand why yall quit putting them out.

I've seen several people commenting about drinking KC hot but always was very skeptical-just seemed wrong for some reason (except for the soup bases). That being said, I think the fall flavors inspired me (yes, I'm ready for the cooler weather too-lol). So I set out to try them hot. I used butter for the fat and went for it.  Needless to say, I get it now.  Pecan Sticky Bun is one of the first that I tried and loved it!

Chocolate toffee is one of the best flavors Keto Chow offers.  My husband's favorite candy is toffee and the taste satisfies him when he wants the flavor of toffee candy. It is lacking in the chocolate flavor, but overall it's really good.

Pecan sticky bun

I love this product.  I'm supposed to on a Carnivore diet to focus on loosing visceral fat, but when I initially tried the Core products I found them to have a horrible after taste and the stevia was not good in them at all.  So I went to the normal keto shakes I loved them! especially using them to make ice cream!  Well my doctor wasn't one bit happy with the plant proteins, 2 months of no visceral fat loss!  So I tried the core again but tried the un-sweetened, and used monk fruit and swerve.  On my, back to deliciousness, and no horrible after taste.  Just found out, you are only keeping the core Chocolate with stevia.  Such a shame, the Core strawberry and core Vanilla are also really just as good as the other flavors without the stevia.  I hope they re-consider switching it out  to the un-sweetened, or using monk and erythritol, for at least the Chocolate, or else I wont be buying anymore after the individuals are gone.  Calling Carnivores out there, do you agree?  Maybe we can convince them to keep a core product-unsweetened
