Carrot cake is one of my favorite desserts. This doesn't taste anything like carrot cake. Not even the aftertaste. It's just this nondescript sweet flavor. Could be anything. I'm giving it two stars because it does the job of keeping you fed, but the flavor is mystery grab bag.

Side note: What is going on with ketochow? The past couple of flavors have been a disappointment. Cantaloupe, I'm looking at you. Is nobody taste-testing these things, or are we the guinea pigs? It makes me hesitant to try their new flavors if I'm being honest.

Anyway, if you're looking for carrot cake, this ain't it. Grab one of the classic flavors instead.

I loved all of the flaves I got EXCEPT for the cantaloupe. Don't do it. The name should be "Feet". UGH. I could really jump on board with this, but the flavors just aren't budget friendly. My hope was to do two meals with Keto Chow and a good meal for dinner, but at ~$5 per meal, the total cost killed my meal budget. Especially since I'm trying to diet AND feed real food to 4 other mouths. It's awesome that the product is gluten and soy free as I'm allergic to wheat. The shakes are thick, and I highly recommend making your shake ahead of time to let the flavor savor. Good product, but not budget friendly. Sorry to go but not sorry because of price.

I have diabetes and this has helped me find a way to get a healthy complete meal while at work. I'm a restaurant manager and have very little time to eat a ballenced meal. I understand keto is suppose to have high fat however the extra creamy almond milk works very well with keto chow. So far I love every flavor I have had except the gingerbread. It had too much ginger for me. Oh using eggnog with the eggnog flavor is amazing. I have also started using mounjaro to loose weight and keto chow is helping a lot.
