- 4chicken thighschopped

- 6slicesthick baconbacon grease reserved
- 6jalapeños diced
- 1tspgarlicminced
- 1/2cuponion chopped
- 2tsp dried cilantro
- 1tspcajun seasoning
- 32ozchicken broth
- 3cupswater
- 8 ozcream cheese
- 4ozcheddar cheese
- 2servingsSavory Chicken Soup Keto Chow(or 2 scoops)
Slice bacon in small pieces. Fry in soup pot until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside for later.
Fry chicken in reserved bacon grease for 5-10 minutes.
Add diced jalapeno peppers, onions and garlic to the mixture. Let this cook until soft.
Add cream cheese and let melt stirring constantly.
Add broth, water and spices to the mixture and stir until pan is deglazed.
Add 2 scoops of Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow and whisk in. Let this simmer in slow cooker for 2-3 hours.
Add cooked bacon and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and serve warm.
