Ingredients

  • 4chicken thighschopped
  • saltto taste
  • ground black pepperto taste
  • 6slicesthick baconbacon grease reserved
  • 6jalapeños diced
  • 1tspgarlicminced
  • 1/2cuponion chopped
  • 2tsp dried cilantro
  • 1tspcajun seasoning
  • 32ozchicken broth
  • 3cupswater
  • 8 ozcream cheese
  • 4ozcheddar cheese
  • 2servingsSavory Chicken Soup Keto Chow(or 2 scoops)

Instructions

  • Slice bacon in small pieces. Fry in soup pot until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside for later.
  • Fry chicken in reserved bacon grease for 5-­10 minutes.
  • Add diced jalapeno peppers, onions and garlic to the mixture. Let this cook until soft.
  • Add cream cheese and let melt stirring constantly.
  • Add broth, water and spices to the mixture and stir until pan is deglazed.
  • Add 2 scoops of Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow and whisk in. Let this simmer in slow cooker for 2-3 hours.
  • Add cooked bacon and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and serve warm.
