Mix Key Lime Keto Chow with almond milk and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Combine Keto Chow mixture, frozen strawberries, sour cream, cream cheese, and erythritol in a blender. Add half of the seltzer water and blend until smooth and creamy. If mixture is too thick, add more seltzer water as needed.
Pour into a mason jar or large cup and garnish with lime wedge. Enjoy.
