Preheat oven to 325°F.
Brown the ground pork in a pan over medium heat, breaking up the meat into very small pieces as it cooks. When the meat has browned, reduce the heat to low, add the cream cheese and chicken stock and stir well until completely combined. Allow to heat, stirring occasionally, until all the cream cheese has melted.
Stir in the garlic powder, sage, and rosemary. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
Stir the hard boiled eggs into the mixture.
Spray a casserole dish with coconut or avocado oil and spread half of the sausage mixture in the bottom.
Spread the mozzarella evenly over the sausage mixture.
Cover with half of the ham, overlapping slices to fully cover the mozzarella.
Spread the other half of the sausage mixture evenly over the ham and cover with the remaining ham.
Spread the grated cheddar evenly over the top.
Bake in the center of the oven at 325°F for 40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
