This is definitely one I would buy again. It tastes pretty good and tastes mostly like eggnog. When I use melted butter, I did not like it as much, so I recommend using heavy whipping cream with this. I think the eggnog flavor could be a little stronger though.

Delicious Eggnog
I love this time of year and drinking Eggnog is one of the highlights. Unfortunately regular eggnog does not fit into a ketogenic lifestyle. With this flavor of Eggnog, I am able to get a taste of the holiday and still stay within my macros. Its a win win for me.

What's so good about keto anyway?
When your body doesn't have carbs to burn, it will naturally turn to your stored fats.
