I cannot get enough of KC Chocolate Malt! I don’t even know what else to say about it except that I wouldn’t mind if it was even maltier. Tastes like malted milk balls. Fantastic! Wish they’d hurry up and make it in the big bag, which at the time of this writing is unavailable.

This is by far the best chocolate flavor offered by Ketochow. Regular chocolate tastes too much like protein powder. This is really good and the malt flavor comes through well. We do icecream, not shakes, so I do add 1T of cocoa powder and some dark chocolate stevia, to counteract how icecream blunts flavors.

What's so good about keto anyway?
When your body doesn't have carbs to burn, it will naturally turn to your stored fats. Those stored fats turn into a type of fuel called “ketones,” which your body will start burning your ketones in place of carbs. And since it's so easy to turn fat into energy, your “get up and go!” will shoot through the roof while your waistline shrinks down. Nice!
What fat source should I add to my Keto Chow?
We recommend adding cream, butter, or avocado oil to your Keto Chow shake. This helps your body absorb all those delicious nutrients—and makes it easy to customize your shake to meet your macro/calorie needs.
Can I use Keto Chow if I'm lactose intolerant?
Most Keto Chow flavors have a milk protein isolate base, which has a small amount of lactose. However, many people who have problems with lactose are able to handle the relatively small amounts without problems, or use a lactase enzyme supplement.
