<p>Tyler and Melissa J.</p>
<p>We are Tyler and Melissa Jones, we started Keto in April 2016. We both wanted to lose weight after 4 pregnancies, obviously Melissa was the one pregnant but when she ate so did Tyler, so it goes without saying we both gained weight. Melissa started at 185 and Tyler started at 280, neither one of us felt comfortable and happy with how we looked. Just like everyone else we had a lot of questions when we started and didn&#8217;t have the proper support we needed, and the little support we did have wanted to charge us a lot of money to just answer some simple questions&#8230; come to find out a lot of the info we did get was wrong. So we decided we were going to be the support that others needed. We started doing our own research and started some social media pages along with a YouTube channel.</p>
<p>Well here we are almost 4 years later and on our 2nd year of Utah Keto Fair.</p>
<p>We have lost a total of 150 lbs together. We are so much happier and healthier with more energy and brain function.</p>
